Hazel A. Murphy, 90, Clarksville, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at Montgomery Health Care. No services are planned. Resthaven Funeral Home & Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Murphy was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Mrs. Murphy was born September 17, 1919 in Clarksville, Tn, daughter of the late Grover C. and Della Gupton Suiter. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Murphy, 1995. Surviving are two sons Ronnie Murphy of Clarksville and Barry (Judy) Murphy of Palmyra, Tn. One brother Grover C. Suiter Jr. of Palmyra.
